Policy and Fees

⭐Supply Fee:** $50

⭐Weekly Tuition:** $130 (Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 3 PM)

If you are a new camper, please note that the first two weeks must be paid in full at the time of registration.

To withdraw your child from summer camp, please send an email to our office indicating which week your child will be absent. Please be aware that if you withdraw your child from camp, your tuition fees will not be changed or refunded.

There are no refunds for any reason. The first week’s tuition for all campers is due at the time of registration, and the remaining summer camp tuition will be charged on Fridays.

Sign In and Out

Please walk your child into camp and sign him/her in. You must pick up your child on time each day or there will be a late pick up fee of $10 per 15 minutes. A Parent/Guardian, or other authorized adult must sign each child in/out of camp every morning and afternoon. The only people that your child will be released to are those who you have listed on your information form. All individuals authorized to pick up campers must be at least 16 years of age. If someone other than a parent will pick up your child, please give us prior written notice. If there is an emergency or you are stuck in traffic, please call 757-355-5272.

Dress Code

Girls are to wear a tank top with biker shorts or leggings with athletic shoes (No Spaghetti strap tanks or shorts that are too short). Boys are encouraged to wear shorts with a tank top or a T-shirt with athletic shoes. Please bring your jazz and ballet shoes if you have a pair. Dance shoes are not necessary to attend.

Camp conduct

No bullying or inappropriate words will be permissible. If it continues after a warning, the camper may be dismissed without a refund.
